With over 16 years in the healthcare industry, Joe McPhaul leverages his considerable expertise to deliver on the BSI Supply promise of value and quality. As the head of sales for the BSI Medical Supply division, Joe oversees all sales efforts and customer service actions related to our medical and healthcare clientele. A member of our team since December 2014, Joe works closely with assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, retirement communities, and adult day care destinations throughout the U.S.
Joe McPhaul is a graduate of East Carolina University.
Renee McAferty brings a unique background in nursing and the knowledge and expertise of a certified health care professional to those that BSI Medical Supply serves. As a registered nurse and with a certification in wound care from The American Board of Wound Management, Renee offers first-hand understanding to clients through site visits and direct consultations with facility administrators and clinic staff. She also oversees sales activities concerning Part B wound care supplies and proper wound care management.
Renee is a graduate of Queens University in Charlotte, NC.
Heading up the BSI Child Care Supply division, Shane Acker delivers hands-on healthcare industry expertise earned over multiple years serving assisted living and skilled nursing facilities. As the lead sales representative for our dedicated child care efforts, Shane tailors his market knowledge towards the unique needs of child care facilities, including the ever-shifting demand on supplies and the need for streamlined inventory management.
Shane is originally from Charlotte, NC and earned his degree in public relations from East Carolina University.
Providing support to all clients and customers of BSI Medical Supply and BSI Child Care Supply, Damon Murray relies upon his 6+ years in the healthcare field to ensure the highest-possible levels of customer service. Among the types of assistance Damon specializes in are product usage, product performance, account management, online ordering, delivery and shipment questions, inventory management, and any other ways we can enhance our customers’ experience with BSI.
